We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive to handle day-to-day plant maintenance activities, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Handle day-to-day shop-floor maintenance activities and resolve mechanical issues.
- Identify faults and carry out troubleshooting and repair work to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure proper maintenance of motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports,



and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for timely maintenance support.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Support installation, commissioning, and servicing of current machinery.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in shop-floor and industrial maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve mechanical faults independently.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
