- Flexible to work in shifts to support team planning on Maintenance projects . Departmental Documentation,records check sheets related to ISO-9001 requirements
- Conduct preventive maintenance to mechanical devices of injection Moulding machines, Polymer grinder and auxiliary items of moulding machines (MTC, Hopper, HRTC etc).
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Detect malfunctions through observation (sound or visual)
- Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality
- Repair broken or faulty machine parts

- Perform emergency repairs
- Choose appropriate materials based on mechanical needs
- Align and calibrate machine parts
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Follow safety rules and regulations




- Maintain a safe and clean work workplace
- Oil Seal changes ,CLIT activitys
- Machine design modifications for repeated failures any

- Enery monitoring analysis
- Robot interfacing -Pickers 3 axis

- Online offline grinder maintenance

- Machine caliberation
- Active contribution exposure for digitization Automation
- Breakdown analysis managment report generation with CAPA
