Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of assigned plant equipment, utilities and supporting systems.

- Attend breakdowns, troubleshoot faults and coordinate repairs to minimize production downtime.

- Maintain maintenance schedules, equipment history, breakdown records, checklists and spare-parts information.

- Coordinate with Production and external service providers for planned maintenance and equipment servicing.

- Ensure tools, spares and maintenance materials are available and used appropriately.

- Follow lockout/tagout and other applicable permit-to-work, electrical/mechanical safety and isolation procedures.

- Support equipment installation, commissioning, inspection and calibration coordination where applicable.

- Report recurring failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and equipment performance.
