Job highlights

- Willing to work on rotational shifts in accordance to production planning .
- Previous experience of 3-5 years of experience in Moulding plant maintenance
- Familiarity using various power and hand tools,such as hosts and grinders,welding machine . Good troubleshooting skills
- Conduct preventive maintenance to mechanical devices of injection Moulding machines, Polymer grinder and auxiliary items of moulding machines (MTC, Hopper, HRTC etc).
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Detect malfunctions through observation (sound or visual)
- Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality
- Repair broken or faulty machine parts

- Perform emergency repairs
- Choose appropriate materials based on mechanical needs
- Align and calibrate machine parts




- Monitor and report on project progress
- Follow safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean work workplace ` Requirements: `

- Previous experience of 3-5 years of experience in Moulding plant maintenance.
- Min. Qualification - Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
- Great understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics
- Familiarity using various power and hand tools, such as hosts and grinders, welding machine
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Problem-solving and organisational skills
- Willing to work on rotational shifts in accordance to production planning
