Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify discrepancies or errors in the claims process and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of all tested claims and provide feedback on process improvements.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in claims processing or a related field.

- Robust understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.

- Proficiency in manual testing procedures for claims processing systems.

- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
