Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and semi-skilled Rubber Moulding Machine Operators to operate rubber moulding machines and manufacture rubber components as per production requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate rubber moulding machines for manufacturing rubber items and components.
- Load rubber materials into moulds and operate machines as per production instructions.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, curing time, and other machine parameters.
- Perform mould loading, unloading, trimming, and basic finishing of rubber products.
- Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and quality standards.
- Maintain daily production records and achieve assigned production targets.
- Follow workplace safety rules and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
- Identify basic machine issues and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality control staff to ensure smooth production.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 10th / ITI / Diploma (preferred; relevant experience may be considered).
- Experience: 1–3 years in rubber moulding, rubber processing,



or a similar manufacturing role.
- Experience operating compression moulding, injection moulding, or transfer moulding machines will be preferred.
- Knowledge of rubber materials, mould handling, trimming, and quality inspection is an advantage.
- Freshers may be considered for helper or trainee positions, depending on company requirements.

Skills Required
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Attention to product quality and detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including rotational shifts if required.
- Ability to work in a team and meet production targets.
