We are looking for a Logistics Specialist Junior.

Responsibilities: Route cargo in accordance with legal and customer requirements

Capture and manage transport information & data related to the business

Coordinate the routing process

Issue resolution and shipment responsibility

Training of recent employees and of clients if needed

Research and subject matter expertise in the field of logistics and transportation

Actively use either Allyn's ALA software or use the software chosen per the client

Accurately issue shipping documentations such as certificates of origin, customs invoices, packing lists, and certificates of insurance

Reliably track and expedite progress of specialized shipments

Capture all costs associated with a shipment

Actively look for a capture savings opportunities and added value opportunities when possible

Actively participate in team meetings, conference calls,



and daily project management calls with Allyn team and with the client

Transport regulations compliance management, including permitting, OD and Hazmat

Eliminate or minimize risk exposure for Allyn and customers

Maintain online tracking and metrics tools

Track and resolve freight claims

Provide excellent customer service to Allyn customers

Ensure communication lane between all actors of the supply chain inside & outside client's organization

Any additional tasks related to Scope of Work agreed with the client

Perform Allyn core values, actively promote teamwork and represent Allyn according to company culture Requirements & Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum graduate degree – specialization in logistics preferred

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry

International logistics experience preferred

0-1 year of relevant experience COMPETENCIES Microsoft Office

English and other business specific language, if needed

Ability to work multitask Flexibility

Willingness to expand knowledge base Written and verbal communication skills

Customer oriented mindset

Problem solving skills

Stress resistant
