We are looking for a proactive, analytical and detail-oriented Logistics MIS Executive to manage inventory planning, dispatch monitoring, logistics coordination and vendor follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should be excellent with Excel, comfortable working with data and capable of identifying operational gaps before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels, calculate stock requirements, identify shortages and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Dispatch Planning: Coordinate daily dispatches, prioritise orders, track pending shipments and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Logistics Optimisation: Compare courier rates, identify cost-effective logistics partners and monitor on-time deliveries.
- Demo Stock Tracking: Maintain trainer-wise demo stock records, calculate product consumption and reconcile balances.
- Vendor Coordination: Track purchase orders, follow up with manufacturers and vendors, and ensure timely material availability.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly Excel reports covering stock, dispatches, delivery performance and logistics expenses.
- Process Improvement: Identify delays, discrepancies and inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.

Required Skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Robust analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in inventory, warehouse operations or logistics MIS.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry: FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty or Distribution.
