Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to coordinate dispatches, manage shipment documentation, track deliveries, and ensure the timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, and transportation arrangements.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and customers.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery proofs, and logistics documentation.
- Follow up on delayed deliveries and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and sales teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor transportation costs and prepare logistics reports.
- Ensure proper handling and dispatch of pharmaceutical products as per company procedures.
- Maintain records of returned goods, damaged shipments, and delivery discrepancies.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and transportation coordination.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation.
- Familiarity with invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

- Graduate in any relevant field; B.Com / BBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
