Role & responsibilities

Manage warehouse operations, GRN, inventory, and stock reconciliation.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, and proper chemical storage.

Plan daily dispatches and ensure timely customer deliveries.

Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.

Coordinate with transporters, negotiate freight rates, and track shipments until POD.

Verify freight bills and maintain logistics documentation.

Ensure GST compliance and adherence to chemical safety norms.

Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and customers for smooth deliveries.

Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages, and customer complaints.

Prepare dispatch, stock-ageing, freight-cost, and vendor-performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Office-based, with visits to the warehouse when needed
- Occasional extended hours at month-end or during peak dispatches
- Must be comfortable around chemical storage areas, following PPE norms
