Vehicle Pickup

Coordination • Coordinate daily vehicle pickup schedules with customers and field teams.

- Ensure timely dispatch and movement of vehicles from customer locations to the RVSF facility.
- Track pickup progress and resolve operational delays.
- Transport & Fleet Coordination • Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and logistics partners.
- Optimize vehicle allocation and route planning for operational efficiency.
- Ensure transporter availability and timely execution of pickup commitments.
- Documentation & Compliance • Verify vehicle pickup documentation and operational records.
- Maintain logistics reports, trip records, and movement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. 4.

Operations

Monitoring • Monitor daily logistics activities and vehicle movement status.

- Coordinate with sales, operations,



and processing teams for smooth execution.
- Escalate operational issues and support resolution in a timely manner.
- MIS & Reporting • Maintain daily logistics MIS and operational trackers.
- Prepare reports on pickups, transporter performance, pending movements, and operational efficiency.
- Support management with logistics data and operational analysis.

Candidate

Qualifications &

Experience • Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience in automobile, vehicle transportation, or logistics operations preferred.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
