Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer escalations, complaints and timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with clients and the sales team for order updates and delivery-related concerns.
- Liaise with courier partners for shipment tracking, delays, returns and delivery issues.
- Manage e-commerce orders, dispatches, order status updates and returns.
- Track pending shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain logistics records and provide regular updates to the concerned teams.
