Role Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of Arceus India's machines to customers, ensuring timely, secure, and documented delivery Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule machine dispatches based on customer orders and production readiness Coordinate with production, QC, and sales teams for dispatch clearance Arrange transport and liaise with logistics partners and transporters Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, packing list, delivery challan, LR) Ensure proper packing, loading, and securing of machines to prevent transit damage Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on delivery status Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and inventory updates in ERP/Excel Handle transit damage or delivery issues and coordinate insurance claims if needed Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements
