Role Description The Location Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading local business development initiatives, and managing relationships with channel partners and financial institutions.

The Location

Head will monitor loan processing activities, ensure timely payouts, and uphold compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the local team, tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues,



and implementing strategies to drive loan volumes and partner satisfaction. The role also involves regular market visits, competitor analysis, and reporting to senior management on business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing branch or location-level operations.
- Business development and relationship management abilities, preferably in loans, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
- Operational and process management skills, including performance tracking, compliance, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with channel partners, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for loan processing, reporting, and partner communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in handling secured and unsecured loan products (home loans, LAP, business, personal, or education loans) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, with readiness for local travel and field visits as needed.
