Live-In Governess / Nanny – Goa & Dubai

Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month

Are you a caring nanny, preschool teacher, primary teacher or children’s activity instructor who would enjoy supporting two children in a family setting?

We are looking for a kind, responsible and creative person to care for our two daughters, aged 6 and 8, and support their everyday learning.

Our family divides its time between Goa and Dubai. This position involves living with the family and travelling between both locations.

About the opportunity

You will work closely with us to help the girls learn, develop independence and enjoy an active, creative childhood.

We educate our children through a combination of reading, writing, maths, practical activities and experiences while travelling. You do not need previous homeschooling or worldschooling experience.

This role could suit someone with experience in:

- Nannying or childcare
- Nursery, preschool or primary teaching
- Montessori or early childhood education
- Private tuition or learning support
- Children’s dance, music, sports, art or holiday programmes

Formal nanny experience is not essential if you have relevant experience with children and can take responsibility for their care.

Your responsibilities

- Provide attentive care and supervise the girls’ safety.
- Support daily routines and help them get ready for activities.
- Help with English reading, writing and basic maths.
- Organise enjoyable activities such as storytelling, art, craft, cooking and outdoor play.
- Accompany them to swimming, gymnastics, singing and other classes.
- Encourage good manners, independence, cooperation and confidence.
- Respond patiently to disagreements and help the girls express their feelings.
- Organise their books, clothes,



activity bags and learning materials.

The girls enjoy music, dance, swimming, animals, nature and imaginative stories. We would love someone who enjoys joining in and can bring fresh ideas to their day.

Essential requirements

- Good spoken and written English.
- A warm, patient and dependable approach to children.
- Confidence supporting basic primary-level learning.
- Willingness to live with the family and travel between India and the UAE.
- Ability to swim confidently.
- A valid driving licence permitting scooter riding.
- Contactable references and willingness to complete a background check.

Indian passport holders are encouraged to apply. Please mention your current passport status in your application. Qualifications and additional skills A qualification such as NTT, ECCE, Montessori training, D.El.Ed or B.Ed would be welcome, but is not compulsory.

A skill in dance, singing, music, gymnastics, art, yoga or mindfulness would be an advantage. You do not need to teach all these activities.

Salary and working arrangements

- Monthly salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000, depending on relevant experience and skills.
- Live-in position: Based with the family in Goa and Dubai.
- Working schedule: Hours and regular time off will be agreed before joining.
- Joining date: Flexible for the right candidate.
