Execute the daily production plan as per the targets assigned by the Production Supervisor.Allocate manpower to workstations based on production requirements and operator skills.Monitor hourly production output and ensure achievement of shift targets.Ensure smooth material flow and maintain line balance across all workstations.Coordinate with Material and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of components.Take immediate action on production delays and escalate unresolved issues to the Shift In-charge.Ensure proper shift handover, including production status, pending jobs, and machine conditions.Monitor cycle time, bottlenecks, work-in-progress, and production losses.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
