RESPONSIBILITIES:

- · Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, loan documents, security documents and other documents/agreements like NDAs, service/IT contracts, leave & license agreements.
- · Prepare and manage fundraising and lending documentation (loan agreements, mortgage deeds, hypothecation deeds, guarantees, NCD issuance documents).
- · Support structured finance transactions, including co-lending, direct assignment, securitization, and alliance arrangements.
- · Ensure compliance with Indian Contract Act, Securities Laws, Data Protection Laws, RBI regulations, and NBFC-related guidelines.




- · Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsels to facilitate smooth transaction execution.

Experience: Preferable 2 – 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and financing agreements, with exposure to co-lending, securitization, and NBFC regulatory compliance.

Education: LLB/LLM

Skills:

- · Solid commercial contracting skills
- · Excellent negotiation and communication ability
- · Understanding of regulatory environment for NBFCs
- · High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
