Role Description The Legal Intern role at Magsmen Strategy Consultants is an on-site internship based in Guntur West. The intern will support the legal advisory function by assisting with legal research, analyzing legal issues related to brand and business strategy, and preparing and organizing legal documents under supervision.

Daily tasks may include drafting basic agreements, reviewing contracts, summarizing regulations, and preparing case notes or internal memos.



The intern will also collaborate with consultants and other team members to align legal perspectives with broader business and brand strategies, ensuring that client solutions are both compliant and strategically sound.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Law and be able to identify and analyze Legal Issues relevant to business and brand strategy.
- Candidates should possess skills in Legal Consulting, including providing research-based inputs and supporting legal advisory engagements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and internal legal memos.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with consultants and present findings clearly.
- Enrollment in or completion of a law degree program (LL.B or equivalent) is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with confidential information, and sound ethical judgment are essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Guntur West and manage multiple tasks in a consulting environment.
- Interest in the intersection of law, business, and brand strategy will be considered an advantage.
