At Virkar Developers, we’re looking for a Legal Executive who knows their way around real estate compliance, MahaRERA, and government liaisoning.

If you can navigate legal processes, manage documentation, and get things moving with PMC & PCMC — we’d love to connect!

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- Real estate legal compliance & MahaRERA requirements
- Liaisoning with PMC, PCMC & relevant government authorities
- Legal documentation, filings, approvals & follow-ups
- Coordination with internal teams, advocates & consultants
- Tracking statutory requirements and ensuring timely compliance

YOU’RE A EXCELLENT FIT IF YOU HAVE

- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of MahaRERA
- Hands-on experience with PMC/PCMC visits and liaisoning
- Strong documentation, coordination & follow-up skills
- An LLB or relevant legal qualification is preferred
