Job Title: Legal Advisor (3 Position)

Location: Ulsoor, Bangalore

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, ensuring compliance, and providing expert legal guidance for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and vetting legal agreements including Sale Deed, Sale Agreement, JDA, GPA, and MOU
- Managing property-related legal documentation such as e-Khata, Encumbrance Certificate (EC), conversion, etc.
- Ensuring legal compliance and conducting due diligence for real estate projects
- Providing support in civil and criminal cases (if required)
- Offering legal consultation and opinions to clients

Eligibility Criteria:





- LL.B (Mandatory)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in real estate/property law will be an added advantage
- Ability to read and understand legal documents in Kannada
