Role & responsibilities

- Support M&A; transactions, investments, restructurings, and other strategic initiatives.
- Conduct legal due diligence and assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including NDAs, Term Sheets, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, and related documents.
- Support structuring and implementation of joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, service, licensing, and technology contracts.
- Provide legal advice on corporate legal matters.
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal projects and transactions.
- Support management of disputes, claims, and litigation matters as required.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-focused solutions.




- Utilize and support adoption of AI-enabled legal technologies and knowledge management tools to improve efficiency in contract review, legal research, due diligence, document automation, and legal operations.

Preferred candidate profile 3-6 years of post-qualification experience as legal qualified managing strategic transactions and day-to-day legal matters in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal role.

Experience in handling M&A; transactions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance matters while partnering closely with business stakeholders.

Exposure to cross-border transactions and multinational business environments preferred.
