Bachelor Degree in Law with 0 - 1 year experience For any Enquiry call - (phone hidden)

Ability to identify and analyse legal issues / non compliance in management areas, and Recommend and implement solutions.

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including NDAs, distributor agreements, vendor agreements and MOUs. 2.Ensuring contracts and policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.

3.Preparing board and operational resolutions for business decisions.

4.Assisting in regulatory requirements for exports, packaging, and product labelling.

5.Assisting in ensuring compliance with laws related to manufacturing and employment.

6.Liaising with external counsel for legal opinions and compliance matters.

7.Assisting in developing and enforcing internal policies.





8.Drafting vendor agreements and defining responsibilities.

9.Coordinating with departments and external stakeholders for legal tasks.

10.Assisting in addressing legal disputes.

11.Staying updated on legal developments and educating teams on compliance.

12.Litigation follow-ups and assisting in court-related matters.

13.Communicating with foreign clients regarding franchise and subsidiary business operations.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
