Designation: Legal Executive – Land Litigation

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Legal Skilled with strong expertise in land litigation and land dispute matters, particularly in District Courts and local Civil Courts in Gujarat. The candidate must have hands-on experience in independently handling land-related disputes, revenue matters, and legal proceedings, along with mandatory Gujarati legal drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently handle land litigation and land dispute matters before District Courts, Civil Courts, and local courts.
- Draft and review legal documents, including plaints, written statements, appeals, affidavits, legal notices, and other pleadings in Gujarati and English .
- Handle land revenue matters, RTS cases, tenancy disputes, title verification, land ownership disputes, and property-related legal issues.
- Coordinate with advocates, government departments, revenue authorities,



and other stakeholders regarding ongoing litigation.
- Conduct legal research, maintain litigation records, and advise management on legal strategies for land disputes.
- Support land acquisition, title due diligence, NA permissions, and other legal matters related to real estate development.

Key Requirements:

- LL.B. / LL.M. with 3+ years of relevant experience in land litigation and land dispute matters.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in District Courts and Civil Courts , particularly in local courts in Gujarat.
- Gujarati legal drafting skills are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, revenue matters, property disputes, and Gujarat land-related legal procedures.
- Experience with a real estate developer or in land-related litigation practice will be preferred.
