Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lease Analyst to review, analyze, and summarize commercial lease agreements. The candidate will be responsible for extracting key lease information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the accuracy of lease-related data.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and related documents.
- Extract key details, including lease terms, rental amounts, renewal options, rent escalations, and landlord/tenant obligations.
- Prepare accurate lease abstracts and maintain lease information in databases or software systems.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and inconsistencies in lease documents.
- Assist with lease renewals, amendments, rent escalations, and other lease administration activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify lease-related information and resolve queries.




- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com or M.Com is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in lease analysis, lease abstraction, documentation, finance, or a related field.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and summarize complex documents.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience with commercial real estate leases or lease administration will be preferred.
