Full-time, six days a week, fully onsite at WTF's Sector 9, Noida office. No remote or hybrid arrangement. Apply only if the working week and daily commute are practical.

This is a business-wide capability-building role—not a gym-only trainer position and not a job measured by the number of sessions conducted.

Work with business managers to find the skill or behaviour behind a performance gap. Turn that into practical learning, job aids, coached practice and an assessment that shows whether people can perform the work. Follow through after training to see what transferred to the job and what needs to change.

The remit spans sales, service, gym operations, academy, product/technology and support functions. You do not need to be the technical expert in every department. You must know how to work with the right subject-matter owner for technical sign-off and turn their knowledge into usable learning.

Show us a programme you personally built and deployed:



the business problem, cohort, dates, baseline, proficiency test, observed result and later performance check. Explain your direct contribution separately from trainers' delivery. Attendance, completion certificates and generic engagement scores are not enough.

The assessment includes a short practical learning-design case for an unfamiliar function, using protected fictional information, plus a discussion of one redacted or recreated job aid or assessment rubric. Do not disclose confidential employer or learner data.
