Key Responsibilities:-

Research and develop content on financial markets, macroeconomics, behavioural finance, and investment strategies and any emerging topic.

Create e-learning courses, microlearning modules, assessments, and training decks.

Deliver classroom & virtual trainings for distributors, and investors.

Travel to different cities for conducting engaging and informative training programs.

Write articles, insights, and knowledge notes for internal and external audiences.

Work with vendors for multimedia, LMS, and new learning solutions.

Ensure content meets compliance, accuracy, and instructional design standards.

Qualifications:-

Degree in Economics / Finance; CFP/CWM/CFA L1 preferred.

Candidate from Madras School of Economics and equivalent institutes can be considered.





NISM VA cleared; NISM Series 13 and 21A (though not mandatory but should transparent any one of them preferably NISM Series 13 within 3 months of joining)

Certificate on Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI & Prompt Engineering) from a reputed institute.

Strong understanding of

Macroeconomic indicators

Equity, debt, and hybrid products

Portfolio management, Financial Planning and Asset allocation

Behavioural finance

Investment Concepts

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Experience in content creation, curriculum design, or financial writing.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Research tools, LMS platforms, AI Tools and Prompt Engineering techniques and e-learning authoring tools.

A learner mindset with curiosity, humility, and a collaborative working style.
