Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for employees across our branches and Head Office. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of sales, credit, and operations, preferably in the NBFC or banking sector, along with robust communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Needs Analysis
- Identify training requirements for new joiners and existing employees.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and HR teams to identify skill gaps.
- Develop training plans based on business requirements and employee performance.
- Employee Training & Development
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Deliver training on LAP (Loan Against Property), sales processes, credit assessment, documentation, customer handling, and operational procedures.
- Conduct product, process, compliance, and soft-skills training.




- Organize refresher training sessions for branch and field employees.
- Training Content Development
- Prepare training presentations, manuals, SOPs, assessments, and learning materials.
- Develop training modules based on company policies and business processes.
- Keep training content updated as per changes in products, policies, and procedures.
- Training Coordination
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Regional Managers, State Heads, and departmental teams for training schedules.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Ensure timely completion of mandatory training programs.
- Training Effectiveness & Reporting
- Conduct assessments and feedback sessions to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Track employee participation, assessment scores, and training completion.
- Maintain training MIS, attendance records, and monthly training reports.
- Measure the impact of training on employee productivity and business performance.
