Job Summary

We are looking for an L&D; Executive to support and drive employee learning, development, and career growth initiatives. The role involves training needs analysis, learning program coordination, onboarding, and supporting internal talent mobility.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps across teams.

- Coordinate and implement behavioral, functional, and leadership training programs.

- Manage onboarding and employee development initiatives.

- Support Internal Job Movement (IJM) and Internal Job Posting (IJP) programs.

- Assist in developing competency frameworks, career paths, and individual development plans.

- Manage the LMS, learning calendars, training records, and reports.

- Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

- Create engaging L&D; content, including presentations, learning modules, training materials, scripts, and digital learning resources.

- Plan, coordinate, and participate in training video shoots, including preparing scripts,



coordinating with trainers and stakeholders, and ensuring quality learning content.

- Develop engaging video-based learning content, microlearning modules, and knowledge-sharing resources.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create educational and employee development content aligned with organizational learning objectives.

- Partner with managers and HODs to support employee development and career progression.

Job Qualification &

- Skill Sets:

- 4-7 years of experience in a learning & development domain; bachelors degree in any manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
