Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Lean Manufacturing Consultant based in Mumbai. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Lean Manufacturing tools to optimize productivity and reduce waste.



Additional responsibilities include managing business process improvements, enhancing operations, ensuring effective workflow designs, and providing strategic recommendations for value delivery to customers.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering staff training in Lean methodologies will also be part of this role.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Lean Management and Operational Excellence
- Strong knowledge in Operations Management and Business Process Improvement
- Experience in Industrial Engineering and related methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage on-site projects and collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in designing and implementing productivity improvements is a plus point.
