Role: Lead TPM & DevelopmentDepartment: Development Projects & TPMQualification: Any Engineer (Mechanical, Civil)Age: 28 to 35 yearsRole Summary: He/She should ensure compliance of all TPM activities at the plant, making regular audit reports and train employees at the plant of the TPM practices.

Key Result Areas:1) 5S /Kaizen Implementation:• Total TPM progress by adopting the TPM methodology• Data collection and compilation of Productivity break down.• Responsible to prepare daily OEE report and initiate the corrective actions in case of gaps.• Responsible for the initiation of Problem Solving (Why-Why Analysis, ECRS, PM analysis etc.)• Responsible to present the performance of the plant in terms of PQCDSM.

- Arranging from small group activities:• Responsible for coordinate with various departments to implement KAIZEN.• Responsible to Lead all the TPM pillar meetings and coordinate with all Pillar members and prepare minutes of meeting (MOM)



and follow up the action planned for.• Responsible to Lead TPM Steering meeting as scheduled and review the progress.3) Training of operators on Kaizen:• Should ensure TPM progress periodically as per the requirement of the TPM consultants with the coordinator of the staff and workmen• Responsible to Organize TPM Audits.• Responsible to impart training to the shop floor workers in TPM and make them getting involved in TPM.4) Developmental Activities:• Shall be responsible for any development activities at plant level from design to implementation stage• Kaizen/5S Implementation• Number of hours of training of operators on Kaizen • Percentage of preventive maintenance tasks completed by due date• Kaizen/5S Implementation• Number of hours of training of operators on Kaizen • Percentage of preventive maintenance tasks completed by due dateFunctional Skills:1.
