A. Lead - Lead Panel fabrication & Machine IntegrationB. Job Objective Drive panel fabrication & machine integration work for hardware controls systems as per Global regulatory and ACG Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.

Primary

ResponsibilitiesStrategic and Planning

- Monitoring & Managing the function related activities which includes panel fabrication, machine installation & integration.

Functional Core

1. Supporting Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to:
- Project timelines from PPC
- Change Request form Project Management Service department; customer & Field feedback and CAPA

- Creating control panel, assembly & machine wiring for control panels.
- Execution of machine functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, machine settings, and function).

- Release ITR test protocols to hand over to QA for Product testing.

Internal Process

1. Co-ordinate with Lead Hardware engineering for purchasing to be able to generate SOB from EPLAN to team centre ERP.
2. Adherence to business rules related to project execution defined by company standards.
3. Awareness of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems (EnMS).
