Experience - 7+ Years

What We're Looking For:

*7–8+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience owning meaningful products or product portfolios. Open to someone who is hungry + competent and has not necessarily lead a team.

*Strong track record of end-to-end ownership — someone who naturally takes accountability for outcomes rather than just delivering requirements.

*Extremely high ownership and a self-starter mindset. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited hand-holding.

*Solid analytical orientation with the ability to use data to identify problems, prioritise opportunities and make product decisions.

*Strong understanding of product funnels, metrics, experimentation and user behaviour.





*Ability to manage and develop a product team while remaining sufficiently hands-on as an individual contributor.

*Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and teams.

*Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

*Experience in fintech, consumer internet, lending, payments, HRTech or adjacent businesses would be valuable, though not mandatory.
