Trevion Consultancy Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead project planning, scheduling, project controls, and reporting activities for major client projects.

? Position: Lead Primavera P6 EPPM Planner (Planning Lead / Account Lead)

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Primavera P6 EPPM planners and schedulers.- Develop

, review, baseline, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.
- Establi sh planning standards, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity coding, calendars, resource loading, and cost-loading procedures.
- Review schedule logic, critical paths, float, constraints, and schedule quality using DCMA 14-point checks.
- Manage client coordination, project controls governance, progress review meetings, and stakeholder escalations.
- Monitor daily project progress, validate site updates, identify schedule deviations, and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Develop project KPIs, dashboards, and management reports using Primavera reporting tools, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Coordin ate Primavera P6 EPPM integration with Oracle Unifier, BIM/4D platforms, and SAP, as applicable.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments, delay analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and what-if scenario analysis.
- Train s ite engineers and progress reporters on progress measurement, schedule updates, and reporting procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports while maintaining schedule data accuracy.
- Manage team performance, resource allocation, deliverable quality, and compliance with client requirements.

? Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.- 8–10 ye ars of experience in project planning and project controls, including at least 5 years leading a planning team.- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, with experience across at least two complete project lifecycles.- Proven experience in large Infrastructure, EPC, or Oil & Gas projects.- Experie nce with at least one integration area: Oracle Unifier, BIM/4D, or SAP.- Solid understanding of CPM scheduling, baseline management, resource and cost loading, progress measurement, and delay analysis.- Experie nce in client-facing coordination, stakeholder management, and project controls reporting.- Excelle nt leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
