We are looking for a senior Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our studentsfor our online programs in Data Science, Finance, and Future Tech domains. Your expertise in instructional design principles, technology integration, and creative problem-solving will be instrumental in shaping the future of our online education platform.

· Design and develop instructional materials, courses, and learning modules in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), faculties, and content creators.

· Analyze learning needs, objectives, and target audience characteristics to formulate learning strategies that align with educational goals.

· Apply best practices in instructional design, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

· Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and PowerPoint to develop multimedia-rich content that supports different learning styles.

· Incorporate multimedia elements, simulations, assessments, and real-world scenarios to promote active learning and knowledge retention.

· Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of instructional content, ensuring accuracy, consistency,



and alignment with learning objectives.

· Manage the instructional design process from concept to delivery, adhering to timelines and completing projects within established deadlines.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and developments in instructional design, adult learning, and educational technology.

Qualifications:

Should have 5-7 years of relevant experience.

· Bachelor's degree in English literature, Journalism, or a related field.

· Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and eLearning content creation.

· Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address unique learning challenges.

· Familiarity with industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices in online education.
