Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and online prospecting.
- Connect with international business owners, entrepreneurs, and potential clients.
- Explain company services and business assistance solutions professionally.
- Identify client requirements and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain lead databases, call records, and follow-up reports using CRM and MS Excel.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly lead-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, outbound calling, telecalling, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid prospecting, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Excel, and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to engage international B2B prospects professionally.
- Comfortable working with international time zones, including the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Willingness to work the Rotational shift
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
