Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role for a Lead Generation Expert in LinkedIn, based in Coimbatore with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads among dental and medical professionals, research scholars, and institutions aligned with the company’s publishing and research services.

The Lead Generation

Expert will manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles and pages, build targeted prospect lists, and execute outreach campaigns through connection requests, messages, and follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring responses, nurturing relationships,



scheduling introductory calls or meetings for the core team, and maintaining an organized lead database or CRM. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine target segments, messaging, and reporting on lead generation performance and conversion outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong LinkedIn lead generation skills, including profile optimization, advanced search, and connection-building with relevant qualified audiences.
- Experience in B2B outreach, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities for service-based or consulting businesses.
- Ability to conduct targeted online research to identify ideal customer profiles in the dental, medical, and academic publishing sectors.
- Proficiency in written communication for professional LinkedIn messaging, follow-ups, and basic content support for posts or campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads, status updates, and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and meet agreed targets or KPIs.
- Prior experience in healthcare, academic publishing, or education-related services is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
