Job Opening: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: 22,00035,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any graduate with 12 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English, explicit pronunciation, and strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is preferred. Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or wealth management is preferred.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments.
- Candidates residing in Thane, Ghatkopar, Chembur, or nearby areas are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for the investment team.
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
