Role Overview:

The role will oversee key finance functions, including treasury, plant accounting, statutory compliance, and investor relations, while partnering with the CFO to strengthen financial governance, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable business growth through effective financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a corporate finance and controlling team of 6–7 professionals, building collaboration between the Head Office and manufacturing facilities.
- Oversee plant accounting, financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures across facilities.
- Manage product costing, inventory valuation, material yield, standard-versus-actual variance analysis, and capex monitoring.
- Serve as the main corporate contact for internal and statutory audits, resolving accounting and disclosure queries and keeping reporting on schedule.
- Partner with the Company Secretary and Legal teams on corporate governance, Companies Act and SEBI compliance, and related-party transaction controls and disclosures.
- Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, daily fund positioning,



banking relationships, and fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.
- Drive annual budgeting, monthly MIS, and rolling forecasts covering revenue, margins, EBITDA, cost centres, risks, and opportunities.
- Work with the CFO and Investor Relations team on investor decks, analyst presentations, fact sheets, data-room readiness, and credit-rating reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience post completion of CA, in corporate finance, controllership, or plant accounting.
- Experience leading finance teams and working with banks, rating agencies, secretarial teams, and statutory auditors.
- Robust knowledge of Ind AS, corporate governance, secretarial compliance, and related-party transaction frameworks.
- Strong plant-costing, analytical, budgeting, forecasting, and investor-presentation skills.
- Proficiency in enterprise ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
