Job Summary As a Lead Engineer II - IBM Sterling Integrator, you will be leading and architecting enterprise B2B integration solutions using IBM Sterling technologies. You must work with global teams on large-scale file transfer and supply chain integration platforms. Drive modernization, upgrades, and high-availability initiatives for mission-critical environments. Exposure to cloud, DevOps, and enterprise integration ecosystems. Growth opportunities into Solution Architect and Integration Leadership roles.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customs of PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleCode.
- Implement enhancements and modifications to existing PeopleSoft applications.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom components, pages, records, menus, and business logic within PeopleSoft.
- Participate in full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, Support People Code Development.
- Develop and enhance business processes implemented through PeopleCode.
- Troubleshoot and optimize PeopleCode programs for performance and maintainability.
- Modify existing customizations and develop new custom solutions as needed.
- Support business process automation within PeopleSoft.



Oracle Database and PL/SQL Development.
- Design and develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Create complex SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL and PL/SQL code.
- Support database-related troubleshooting and issue resolution. Accounts Receivable Business Process Support.
- Support PeopleSoft Financials applications with emphasis on Accounts Receivable functionality.

Educational Qualifications

- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi), Sterling File Gateway (SFG), Secure Proxy (SSP), Linux/Unix administration
- Installation/upgrades/fix packs, MFT, SFTP/AS2/FTP/HTTPS, partner onboarding, routing/business processes, production troubleshooting

Good to Have Skills:

- SEAS, IBM Control Center, Connect:Direct, HIPAA/ANSI X12 (834/835/837), Windows
- Azure/GCP, ActiveBatch, IBM Workload Scheduler, technical documentation/SOPs
