Role Summary:

This position serves as a key business testing resource responsible for confirming that FINEOS functionality, integrations, workflows, data exchanges, correspondence, portal experiences, and reporting outputs perform as expected before production release. When not engaged in a release effort this resource will act as a business SME and may be assigned other duties as needed.

Roles & Responsibility:

Review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to understand expected system functionality.

Develop and execute UAT test scenarios, test cases,



and validation scripts.

Validate end-to-end business workflows within FINEOS and integrated applications.

Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability and business readiness.

Execute testing for new features, enhancements, integrations, defect fixes, and production releases.

Education

Graduate

Primary Skill:

3+ years of User Acceptance Testing, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or related experience.

Experience testing business applications within insurance, employee benefits, disability, absence management, or related industries.

Experience with FINEOS

Knowledge of Agile and/or SAFe delivery methodologies.

Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar test management tools.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of insurance operations and claims administration processes.

Secondary Skill:

Experience testing APIs, integrations, data conversions, and reporting solutions.

Experience participating in release cycles on large-scale implementations.

Familiarity with portal, correspondence, reporting, and workflow testing.
