Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Language Lab Trainer to manage and conduct training sessions in a language laboratory. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in language training, and the ability to use language lab software and digital learning tools to improve students’ speaking, listening, pronunciation, grammar, and overall communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions using language lab software, audio-visual tools, headsets, and digital learning resources.

- Train students in spoken English, pronunciation, listening comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the language laboratory and ensure the effective use of available equipment and software.

- Design and deliver structured language development activities based on students’ proficiency levels.

- Conduct speaking exercises, listening tests, pronunciation drills, and communication assessments.

- Monitor student performance and provide individual feedback to support improvement.

- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to language lab software, computers, headsets, and audio equipment.

- Maintain attendance, assessment records, progress reports, and other training documentation.





- Coordinate with teachers and academic staff to integrate language lab activities into the learning process.

- Ensure the laboratory remains organised, functional, and ready for training sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

- Strong command of spoken and written English.

- Prior experience as a Language Lab Trainer, English Communication Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, or similar role is preferred.

- Practical knowledge of language lab software, computer-based language learning systems, and audio-visual teaching tools.

- Good understanding of pronunciation, phonetics, listening comprehension, and spoken English development.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to resolve routine technical issues.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to engage learners effectively.

Salary & Perks

- Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

- Full-time opportunity in Mansa, Punjab.
