The ideal candidate will facilitate explicit and accurate communication between French-speaking and English-speaking individuals across various industries, including customer support, healthcare, travel, finance, and business services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between French and English.
- Facilitate effective communication during phone calls, video conferences, and virtual meetings.
- Interpret conversations professionally while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and neutrality.
- Understand cultural nuances and communicate the intended meaning clearly.
- Handle customer queries and conversations with professionalism and patience.
- Maintain high standards of language quality and customer satisfaction.




- Follow company guidelines, data privacy policies, and interpretation protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in both French (B2) and English.
- Good listening, comprehension, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret conversations accurately and confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
- Previous interpretation or translation experience is an advantage but not mandatory for all openings.
