OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Premier Agency - Specialist – Virtual Help Desk

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ü Receive Queries via Email and Phone Call from various Premier Agency Stake holders (Leader, Managers and Premier Agency Advisors)

ü Identify the Gaps and get the resolution within 24 Hours and revert back ü As applicable coordinating with various department and get closures on Queries.

ü PA specialist will also manage and handle all queries related to Pay-Outs and Promotion.

ü Must be valuable in making MIS and Analyse the Data ü Work on various Projects given by Premier Agency Head ü Knowledge of making Presentation and Excel Reports.

ü Tracking the Queries and ensure the Resolution is given within Timelines.





ü Ensuring adherence of the TAT given for each Query or Project ü Willingness to work on Alternate Saturday as applicable basis the Project requirement of the Sales Team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Qualification: Graduate , MBA will be an added advantage.

Certifications (If any): MBA, Advance Excel (Optional)

Work experience in years: Minimum 2 Years preferably in Customer Relation Profiles from BFSI, Real Estate or any other Service Oriented Industry

Key competencies

· Smart Communicator well versed with English (Written and Spoken fluency is a must) and Hindi (Spoken)

· Well versed with Advance Excel, Analytical and Power Point skills

· Interpersonal skills and Go-getter – job involves coordinating with various Stake Holders.

· Multi-tasking ability to Interact with all kind Stake Holders
