Job Summary The Key Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, ensuring warehouse services meet customer requirements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational objectives. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the main liaison between key customers and warehouse operations teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Warehouse Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, transportation, and customer service teams.
- Ensure client-specific requirements are executed accurately.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, storage,



and inventory processes.
- Support implementation of operational improvements.

Performance Management
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Inventory accuracy
- Order fulfillment rates
- On-time dispatch
- Service-level compliance
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for customers.

Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
- Collaborate with sales teams on current business opportunities.

Problem Resolution
- Investigate operational issues and customer complaints.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary.
