Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for PP1 and PP2 students.
- Develop lesson plans that promote early literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity, and social skills.
- Use play-based learning, storytelling, rhymes, art, craft, music, and interactive activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom setting.
- Monitor students’ learning progress, behaviour, and overall development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ progress and classroom activities.
- Encourage good habits, independence, discipline, and positive social interactions among children.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, classroom displays, and learning materials.
- Maintain students’ attendance, assessment records, and other academic documentation.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to support the overall development of students.





Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any relevant discipline; qualifications in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or equivalent will be preferred.
- Prior experience in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting is preferred.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in early childhood education are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- A patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly approach.
- Ability to engage young learners through interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
