Role Description The Junior Video Editor will support the creation and refinement of video content for various digital platforms and client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage, assembling clips into cohesive stories, applying basic color corrections, and adding simple visual elements or graphics as required. The role involves collaborating with senior editors, designers, and marketing teams to follow creative briefs, maintain brand consistency, and meet project timelines.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore,



where the candidate will work closely with the production team and participate in reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve output quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in video production and video editing, including handling raw footage and assembling final video deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to enhance visual quality and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create basic titles, transitions, and visual elements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow creative directions, and willingness to learn from feedback are essential.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an in office team environment in Coimbatore.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; internship or project experience in video editing is an advantage.
