Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution &
- Supervision:

Monitor daily construction, structural erection, or interior works to ensure compliance with approved blueprints and drawings.

- Contractor &

- Labor Coordination:

Direct and coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain daily work schedules.

- Quality Control &

- Inspections:

Check workmanship, material alignments, levels, and finishes to meet project specifications.

- Drawings &

- Technical Support:

Read and interpret civil, architectural, or structural drawings (GA, shop, and 2D/AutoCAD plans), reporting any site discrepancies.

- Safety Enforcement: Ensure workers use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines, especially during high-risk tasks like working at heights.

- Progress Reporting &

- Documentation:

Maintain daily site reports, material logs, site order books, and measurement books for billing and project tracking.





- Material Management: Track material deliveries, check for damages or shortages, and prevent site wastage

Key Skills &

- Competencies

- Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret structural and architectural drawings; basic familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.

- Soft Skills: Robust communication, team coordination, problem-solving, and site-level follow-up.

Required Qualifications &

- Education

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Experience: Typically 1 to 2 years of hands-on site or internship experience (with strong foundational knowledge are often welcomed)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
