Job Summary

DAC Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Safety Officer with 2–3 years of experience in the construction or real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for implementing site safety procedures, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring a protected working environment across construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Ensure workers and contractors use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for workers and site staff.
- Monitor safety during work at heights, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations, and other high-risk activities.
- Ensure proper barricading, warning signage, housekeeping, and safe access routes at project sites.
- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Check the availability and maintenance of fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and emergency equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and workers on safety-related matters.
- Maintain safety inspection reports, incident registers, training records, and other safety documentation.




- Assist in emergency preparedness and ensure compliance with applicable construction safety regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a relevant discipline.
- Recognized safety certification or qualification preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate development, or building project sites.

- Willingness to work at construction project sites in Coimbatore.
