Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for our India and US hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical & non technical recruitment, including exposure to US hiring, candidate sourcing, screening and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across India and the US.

● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.

● Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication and interest.

● Experience sourcing candidates for US positions and understanding US recruitment practices is essential.

● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

● Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.

● Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates and follow up on joining dates,



offer acceptance and potential dropouts.

● Support compensation discussions and candidate engagement in coordination with the hiring team.

● Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and pipeline updates.

● Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to minimise delays in the recruitment process.

● Support US recruitment activities during the designated overlap with US working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably technical recruitment.

● Prior hands-on experience with US recruitment is mandatory.

● Experience sourcing and screening candidates for US positions.

● Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and other sourcing techniques.

● Positive verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong follow-up, coordination and candidate management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple positions and work independently.

● Willingness to work from 12 PM to 9 PM IST to support India and US recruitment requirements. What We Offer

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
