Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have good coordination and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage project activities efficiently, and a willingness to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating interior projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor the progress of multiple projects and ensure activities are completed according to the project timeline.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, site supervisors, contractors, and installation teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and material availability.
- Track project schedules, daily activities, pending tasks, and completion targets.
- Follow up on material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and material utilisation.
- Identify project delays and operational issues and report them to the Senior Project Manager.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, work schedules, and site records.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project updates and requirements.
- Support quality inspections, snag rectification, and final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications,



safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Senior Project Manager and management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in project coordination, site supervision, or interior project execution is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of interior fit-out, modular furniture, materials, and installation processes is preferred.
- Positive planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project documentation, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who can coordinate effectively with different departments, monitor project progress, follow up on pending activities, and support the successful delivery of multiple interior projects within the agreed timelines and quality standards Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
